Price: €675 (deposit of €250 required for all registration) Reconnecting with our true Nature… This is the theme of this retreat organized at La Maison-Chiangmai ( www.lamaison-chiangmai.com ) our guest house located at the foot of the mountains 45 km from the city of Chiangmai in Thailand. North. The property extends over more than 3 hectares of organic garden, orchard and rice field and has an air-conditioned Yoga room of 200m2 with a view of the lake, a cooling pool, 4 individual traditional teak houses (for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people), a large semi-open lounge/restaurant and numerous cozy spaces to relax, in the shade or in the sun. The House is open all year round and offers, through our history, privileged contact with Elephants and the Akha tribe. This is a 7-day transformative retreat, in French, which combines simple and gentle yoga (Hatha Yoga), meditation, as well as teachings (Jnana Yoga, yoga philosophy and other related themes), exercises taken from other meditative practices (innerwalk, innerdance) and an introduction to animal communication to meet your totem animal before going to meet the elephants... A program designed and developed to gradually reconnect and deeply to our deep, peaceful (and soothing) Nature but also to others, to nature, to animals and to living things in all its forms. Whatever your level, including beginners, you are welcome. Yoga is neither a challenge nor a competition but a time and space to meet or rediscover oneself. DAY 1 : MONDAY 1 p.m.: Meet at Tapae Gate Square in Chiangmai Old Town.
